When a client contracts a service related to Local Secrets, they accept that the contractual, commercial, billing and payment relationship is established with MASTER VR SL, as the company owning said brand.

The services offered by Master VR, directly or through its commercial brands, may include:

4. Requesting and contracting services

The contracting of a service shall be confirmed when Master VR accepts the request and, where applicable, the client makes the corresponding payment or formally accepts the proposal sent.

MASTER VR SL reserves the right to reject requests that do not fit its activity, operational capacity, professional criteria, commercial conditions or internal policies.

7. Payments

The service will begin once the proposal has been accepted and the initial agreed conditions have been fulfilled, including, where applicable, the initial payment, sending of information, signing of documents, written confirmation or any other requirement necessary to begin.

Execution deadlines will depend on the nature of the service and the timely delivery of information, materials, access or approvals by the client.

Delays resulting from lack of response, documentation or cooperation by the client may affect the initially planned deadlines.

9. Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

Provide truthful, complete and updated information.

Deliver the necessary materials for the provision of the service on time.

Guarantee that they have the right to use the content, images, brands, texts or materials provided to Master VR.

Review and approve deliverables within the agreed deadlines.

Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms.

Not use Master VR’s services for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.

Communicate any incident, change or disagreement clearly and within a reasonable period.

10. Master VR obligations

MASTER VR SL undertakes to provide its services professionally, diligently and in accordance with what has been agreed with the client.

Master VR may modify methodologies, tools, internal processes or technical providers, provided that this does not substantially affect the contracted service.

When the service involves tourism promotion, communication or content dissemination, Master VR does not guarantee specific sales, bookings, traffic, views, positioning or financial return, unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. Tourism promotion services and Local Secrets

Services developed under the Local Secrets brand may include promotion, visibility, content publication, tourism communication, platform presence, campaign participation, community development, digital dissemination and other actions related to destinations, local businesses and experiences.

The contracting of these services does not guarantee a specific volume of visits, sales, bookings, enquiries or income, unless expressly committed to in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, images, data, prices, conditions, descriptions and any other content required for the proper promotion of their business, destination, accommodation, restaurant, activity or experience.

Master VR may reject, modify or request corrections to content it considers inappropriate, incomplete, misleading, unlawful or contrary to the editorial or commercial line of Local Secrets.

12. Cancellations

Cancellations shall be governed by Master VR’s Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For personalised, digital, strategic, communication, tourism promotion, training, consulting services or projects already started, refund limitations may apply depending on work performed, costs incurred, content published, campaigns activated or commitments assumed.

13. Refunds

14. Intellectual property

16. Limitation of liability

MASTER VR SL shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruptions or results arising from decisions made by the client based on the services provided.

The maximum liability of MASTER VR SL, in the event of a claim, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise established by law.
